Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Construction AI (the "Service"), a tool that helps contractors record site events and prepare draft documents such as change orders and variation notices. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Test service
The Service is an early test version provided "as is". Features may change, break or be removed, and it may be unavailable at times. Keep your own copies of anything important (for example, download the PDFs you send).
2. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password secret and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity in your account. You must be authorised to act for the company you name.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, audio, notes and project data you upload ("your content"). You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the Service for you, including sending audio and text to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to upload your content, including any personal data of other people shown in it.
4. Documents and AI output
Documents are drafts prepared from the information you provide. They may contain mistakes. You must check every document before you send or rely on it. See the Disclaimer.
5. Fair use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other people's data, no automated or excessive use. Daily usage limits apply. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from documents you send without checking them.
7. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time on the Account page; this deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end the test service with reasonable notice.
